Rob Robinson is an American Singer/Songwriter residing in Elkton, Maryland. Born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Rob grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia where he enjoyed a great musical heritage. By an early age Rob was taking in a wide variety of musical styles including jazz, classical and show music. His interest in music and performance came from both of his parents and their involvement in drum & bugle corps, an activity he himself enjoyed for many years. It was in the drum corps activity that Rob realized his passion for music and performance.

With a real desire to experience other forms of music Rob began playing in neighborhood bands and got involved in school music programs as well. His love for popular music became a big part of his daily life as his record collection grew and he began to play drums to everything he was listening to. This again reinforced his desire to perform and from that point on Rob was always in a band or continuing with his commitment to the drum corps. 

After many years of performing in drum corps and drumming for Philadelphia based acts, Rob embarked on his interest in songwriting which became a big part of what he still enjoys today. In 2013 Rob released his first solo album "Catchin A Ride". In 2014 he released two singles "I Believe" and "Walk Away". Rob has taken his music on the road to several American cities including New York, Nashville and Memphis. He has been a guest on NPR's Acoustic Highway. Back in 2006 Rob was honored for his years of commitment to the drum corps activity when he was inducted into the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame.
